- Office duties to include serving as a back-up to the supply department, maintaining the demo room calendar, office supply inventory and reordering

- Phone and social media lead generation

- Weekly e-mail blasts for our reps

- Process credit applications

- Prepare welcome packets and training packets as needed

- Schedule customer training, update the installation tracking report daily

- Work through the sales and service reports

- Conduct on-site customer training 

- Addresses and remedies any customer questions and concerns

- Follows up as appropriate with sales representative


The potential candidate should possess the following:

- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

- Working knowledge of computer software (MS Office), including Excel, Word and Email & Calendars

- Ability to learn new information quickly and independently
