The potential candidate must possess the following:

Job Overview:

Overall responsibility for the team of technicians that cover the Raleigh market.  This includes management of the team, recruiting new candidates, training and development of team personnel as well as holding team members accountable to performance requirements.  You must be meeting or exceeding revenue, gross profits, and expense control goals.  Must be able to balance office responsibilities while spending greater than 60% of your time with technicians in the field.  Must have reliable transportations with an acceptable driving record and be able to maintain required insurance coverages.  Must have excellent customer service skills as you are responsible for addressing all customer service needs for the Raleigh market and ensuring customer satisfaction in expediting the repairs and service to their equipment and reducing their downtime to acceptable levels.  Must manage local loaner units.  Must have excellent communication skills via direct communication with customers and other company employees face to face, via phone, and via e-mail and/or other electronic means as necessary.  Must work closely with and directly support sales and adminstrative team's initiatives to meet company goals.

Requirements

Previous Expert Level experience in the Copier/Printer Repair industry is required

Previous Copier/Printer Repair Supervisor/Manager level position preferred

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Positive attitude with a competitive drive and self-motivated work ethic

Strong Computer and Electronics Skills with a general understanding of Network Operating systems.

Reliable transportation with an excellent driving record and ability to maintain required insurance coverage.
