JOB SUMMARY

 

This role is responsible for processing customer requests and fulfilling orders in a timely and accurate manner with copier and printer supplies based on equipment needs. In addition you will need to have the ability to remotely install our monitoring software on customer computers, printers, and copiers. We are looking for someone who will be able to effectively and efficiently solve problems, execute initiatives and drive productivity in the office. This person must also have excellent customer service and verbal/written communications skills. You will be working closely with all departments in the organization as well as customer organizations, and this is a great opportunity to get exposure and be involved in a wide range of business processes.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

 

Works under the direction of the IT Director with supporting supervision from Supply Coordinator.

 

WORK PERFORMED

Order Fulfillment

  • -Fill orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • -Maintain fulfillment of customer supplies
  • -Interpret customer usage via graphs, and numercal reports
  • -Consistently follow established operational procedures
  • -Will be required to make independent decisions to meet customer needs while maintaining cost efficiencies.
  • -Communicate solutions and ideas in order to continually improve service and operational efficiency

Data Entry

  • -Process all orders associated with the billing process
  • -Reconcile all orders daily and verify all orders by month end
  • -Verifies customer data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or reentering data

Software installation of automated usage tracking software.

Any other duties as assigned to assist the department

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Networking or Communications preferred. However, those with proven success in customer service, data entry management, and computer networking/software installation experience would also be considered.
  • Must have drive and motivation to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Strong presentation and customer service skills required.
  • Strong relationship management skills with customers and fellow employees required.
  • Strong computer skills and use of internet required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Products skills to include but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods.
  • Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member.

 Physical Demands/Working Conditions: 

  • Ability to work in sedentary position multitasking computer applications on multiple screens while talking on the phone.
  • Ability to work under stress/pressure to meet deadlines and financial objectives.
